Eventi Events is the oldest Passinault.Com company and is one of the most important companies of the Passinault Entertainment Group. Our event planning company began life as a simple mobile DJ service on October 6, 1990, and quickly developed into something much more. Eventi Events is now a full service event planning and stage production company which subcontracts highly talented entertainment professionals. Here's what we do, but please note that we are not limited to what is highlighted here. If it's an event or stage type production, we can plan it, staff it, and pull it off.
Services
These are our service lines that we market and sell
to clients. Our clients effectively sponsor these, and the services
are done in their name and for them. When our clients book one of our
services, we give them what they want.
Some of these are service lines that we subcontract to support other
service lines or our productions.
Parties
Normally done in four hour packages, we do traditional
single-DJ Parties with an assistant as well as more elaborate Theme
Parties. Our Theme Parties are economy versions of our sophisticated
Interactive Theme Events.
Events
When we talk about event services, we are talking about
Theme Events and Interactive Theme Events, and yes, there is a difference
between the two. A theme event is much like a deluxe version of a theme
party with more options. An interactive theme event (ITE) is our pride
and joy, and is an all-out packaged experience with actors and multiple
storylines that the event guests can change. Interactive Theme Events
are not low cost services by no means, but are the ultimate value and
a service that no one can do justice to but us.
Weddings
These popular events are in a category all their own.
We do everything from to the traditional supply-a-DJ for a wedding reception
all the way to elaborate theme wedding packages. We also offer wedding
photography services through our sister company, Tampa Bay photography
company Aurora PhotoArts!
Photography
We partner with our sister company, Tampa Bay photography
company Aurora PhotoArts, for our event, party, and production photography.
When you partner with the best photography company in this market, you
benefit by being able to offer topnotch photography services for our
clients. Aurora PhotoArts offers special discounts and event photography
package deals for all of our clients.
Videography
We offer this by subcontracting videographers. We don't
do it ourselves, at least not yet.
Event Support
These are support services, obviously, such as casting,
directing, stage hands, etc.
Set Design, Fabrication,
and Property Construction
We subcontract some of the best contractors to build
our sets and props. These professionals work in everything from wood
and fiberglass to plastic and styrofoam. Many of our properties must
be designed and built for our service operations requirements.
Productions
These are produced by Eventi Events. While we do sell
sponsorship packages for our productions, these production projects
are cast, marketed, and backed by us and sometimes the venue. We usually
make our money by selling tickets. Creatively, our people like these,
as we are not constrained by client restrictions and requirements.
Stage Plays and Theater
Although we started out as a simple DJ company, our
real roots are in theater. Our remarkable Interactive Theme Event (ITE)
technology was developed from what we learned working in theater. Of
course, that same ITE technology was recently applied back into our
stage play productions, making our stage plays some of the most advanced
in the theater industry. We even have some productions which are hybrids
of both Interactive Theme Events and Theater.
Stage Productions
From choreographed stage shows to model runway fashion
shows, we are experts in designing and producing any kind of stage production.
Festivals
From our upcoming independent film festival for the
Tampa Bay region to other types of festivals, we can organize, staff,
market, and and do just about any kind of festival event that you could
want. Going back to our independent film festival now in development,
it is the most advanced and creative film festival to ever be seen in
Tampa Bay, and we have already received our first submissions from some
talented independent film makers.
Our sister company Dream Nine Studios is an independent film production
company, among other things, and our interest in a film festival is
obvious because of them.
Expositions
Entertainment, service, and product expositions are
much like festivals, except in this sense it would be to promote corporate
interests. We classify trade shows and conventions in this category,
and this is going to be a big part of what we do in the event services
market. Our associations with the Tampa Bay advertising agency and our
sister company EOS MediaArts and talent will give us an edge here.
Concerts
We'll be doing concerts, too. These are a ways off,
but this is a no-brainer, especially when you consider that one of our
Passinault.Com sister companies is a record label.
Pageants
Yes, it's true. We are now working on our very own beauty
pageant property. We have the best on staff and they are helping us
with the details. Of course, this is a ways off.
Night Clubs
Our Interactive Theme Event technology would supercharge
a night club. We have ideas for night clubs that are truly unique, and
we are working on night club properties based on our most advanced ITE
technology and concepts.

All music used in Eventi Events DJ Parties and Events are played for dancing and entertainment purposes only under an ASCAP license. We do not illegally download, pirate, or share music, and all music content and digital files in our music library are backed up by legal, originally purchased CD's and records in our library. None of our music is licensed to be used as a creative component in any original event or stage production, and as licensing requirements for the use of music in a stage property is different, this is why Eventi Stage was created. Eventi Stage will be operated differently than Eventi Events, and our binary twin company is currently in the process of becoming a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization for their stage and event productions. Eventi Events is considering the same course of action in regards to becoming a 501 (c)(3) non-profit, although both companies will be operated differently from one another.
Models and talent do not need to be represented by any modeling and talent agency in order to have a professional entertainment career, although smart talent will utilize modeling and talent agencies as a source of jobs, and nothing more. We do not recommend that talent allow any talent agency to manage their careers, as the talent agency also works for their competition. We are neutral and do not work with, or recommend, any Tampa modeling and talent agency. All Eventi Events jobs are non-union, and adhere to Florida's right to work laws.
