C. A. Passinault will be returning to DJ'ing and event
planning this fall, returning Eventi Events as the principle Passinault.Com
service company and influencing the culture of the sister companies.
While he will remain the senior photographer at Aurora PhotoArts, the
company will be subcontracting additional photographers into certain
projects, freeing up his time to focus on Eventi operations. Eventi
Events is seen as a more profitable venture than the photography company,
which will be important in support functions, and the rich history and
culture behind Eventi will become the driving force that was envisioned
in the early 1990's. Aurora PhotoArts will benefit from this, as our
exclusive theme event technology will be used to support a new kind
of photography style and philosophy which is emerging there. Eventi
technology will drive art direction at Aurora PhotoArts. Aurora PhotoArts
will expand in size and capability in 2007, increasing their lead in
the Tampa Bay market and competing with large New York and Chicago photography
companies. Aurora PhotoArts will focus much of its photography services
into the commercial photography market next year with lots of work with
Tampa Bay advertising agency and sister company EOS MediaArts. In years
past, Aurora PhotoArts has done lots of work in model portfolio photography
and talent/ actor head shots, but the emphasis will reverse next year
when they become a leading source of print work for models. Eventi Events
will be working with models, too, and we will use models in our print
marketing as well as maintain an elite promotional model team for event,
trade show, and convention work.
Eventi Events staffers will have access to free head shot photography, career support, free training, and advanced cybernetic uniforms that will be standard issue.

We are licensed as a DJ party service and as an Event Planning company. We do not represent or book models, actors, or talent into any auditions, roles, modeling jobs, or stage productions. Our professional talent staff is retained on a subcontracted basis and are not employees of Eventi Events Tampa Bay Events or any of our affiliates and sister companies. Although we have jobs for talent, we do not earn commission on those jobs and obtain the services of both independent professional talent and talent referred from licensed modeling and talent agencies. Inquiries by talent seeking representation will be ignored, as we are not a modeling and talent agency.
All music used in Eventi Events DJ Parties and Events are played for dancing and entertainment purposes only under an ASCAP license. We do not illegally download, pirate, or share music, and all music content and digital files in our music library are backed up by legal, originally purchased CD's and records in our library. None of our music is licensed to be used as a creative component in any original event or stage production, and as licensing requirements for the use of music in a stage property is different, this is why Eventi Stage was created. Eventi Stage will be operated differently than Eventi Events, and our binary twin company is currently in the process of becoming a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization for their stage and event productions. Eventi Events is considering the same course of action in regards to becoming a 501 (c)(3) non-profit, although both companies will be operated differently from one another.
Models and talent do not need to be represented by any modeling and talent agency in order to have a professional entertainment career, although smart talent will utilize modeling and talent agencies as a source of jobs, and nothing more. We do not recommend that talent allow any talent agency to manage their careers, as the talent agency also works for their competition. We are neutral and do not work with, or recommend, any Tampa modeling and talent agency. All Eventi Events jobs are non-union, and adhere to Florida's right to work laws.
