Our new uniforms are coming along. They will be worn
for promotional work and for most events. Uniforms will be color coded.
Blue will represent the entertainment arts (DJ's, CJ's, Dancers, etc),
Green will represent production support and stage hand work (tech crews
and property assistants), and Red will represent our elite security
force, the Enforcers. The Eventi Emblem will be fabricated as a metal
badge, and will come in two colors. Silver, the most common emblem badge,
represents general staff. Gold emblems, also known as "golds",
represent management. We are currently working with a metal fabrication
company to make the emblems safe to wear, as they are quite pointed
(we may place them on an oval or circular clear-plastic base or inside
a plastic case- we may also round and flatten the edges, making the
emblems more curved from the side). Embroidered emblems have been largely
ruled out because it limits the flexibility of using them with costumes
and uniforms other than our standard uniforms. Some theme events and
formal events will avoid the use of our standard uniform and will stick
to appropriate attire, although the emblem badges will still be worn
and electronic interfaces may be adapted.
Our standard uniforms will consist of cotton apparel that is modified to accommodate electronic interfaces. They will be styled much like fashionable military or cadet-style professional attire (with the emblems they may even be accused of looking too much like Star Trek, but that is not our intention). Dancer uniforms will be form-fitting and optimized for movement, and will be used by our promotional models as well as the dancers (dancing apparel is family-friendly and appropriate for professional corporate events). Planned electronics will include digital voice (VOX) samplers worn on the right collar, video cams worn over the right ear, ear pieces, audio and video recorders/ transmitters, and wrist computers (crab units are worn on the left forearm or wrist). These systems will interface wirelessly with event equipment and computers. Although our electronics systems will be engineered for location work and will be somewhat water resistant, the wiring and electronics can be easily removed for washing uniforms.
We can now announce that Aurora PhotoArts staff will be getting specialized uniforms of their own. Aurora uniforms will be blue and yellow/ gray with embroidered Aurora PhotoArts logos. For event support, Eventi emblem badges can be worn on Aurora uniforms, and will be placed either above or over the shirt logo. Aurora PhotoArts uniforms will include the same electronic interface support as ours will, with an emphasis on photography work.
Uniform and costume requirements will be strict, and the proper configuration of uniforms will be communicated with our staff and is a working requirement. The standard uniform and emblem badges will debut in 2007.

We are not licensed as a Florida talent agency, do not represent ourselves as a Florida talent agency, do not operate as a Florida talent agency, and do not have a TA# as a result. We are licensed as a DJ party service and as an Event Planning company. We do not represent or book models, actors, or talent into any auditions, roles, modeling jobs, or stage productions. Our professional talent staff is retained on a subcontracted basis and are not employees of Eventi Events Tampa Bay Events or any of our affiliates and sister companies. Although we have jobs for talent, we do not earn commission on those jobs and obtain the services of both independent professional talent and talent referred from licensed modeling and talent agencies. Inquiries by talent seeking representation will be ignored, as we are not a modeling and talent agency.
All music used in Eventi Events DJ Parties and Events are played for dancing and entertainment purposes only under an ASCAP license. We do not illegally download, pirate, or share music, and all music content and digital files in our music library are backed up by legal, originally purchased CD's and records in our library. None of our music is licensed to be used as a creative component in any original event or stage production, and as licensing requirements for the use of music in a stage property is different, this is why Eventi Stage was created. Eventi Stage will be operated differently than Eventi Events, and our binary twin company is currently in the process of becoming a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization for their stage and event productions. Eventi Events is considering the same course of action in regards to becoming a 501 (c)(3) non-profit, although both companies will be operated differently from one another.
Models and talent do not need to be represented by any modeling and talent agency in order to have a professional entertainment career, although smart talent will utilize modeling and talent agencies as a source of jobs, and nothing more. We do not recommend that talent allow any talent agency to manage their careers, as the talent agency also works for their competition. We are neutral and do not work with, or recommend, any Tampa modeling and talent agency. All Eventi Events jobs are non-union, and adhere to Florida's right to work laws.
