Eventi Events has many opportunities available for subcontracted professionals. These are all subcontracted jobs and are not employment positions. Eventi Events is NOT a talent agency, and we do not represent talent or book them into talent jobs. We do not operate as a modeling and talent agency, and are only licensed as an event planning company; as such, we do not have a TA# license and don't wish to operate as a talent agency. We do not take commission for any talent who work our events, and cannot provide talent for our clients.

Until then, please CONTACT US for more information and send us a cover letter, resume, and a head shot. Job offers and audition posts will contain more information and specific qualification requirements not described here.
To be considered for any subcontracted position, we REQUIRE a professionally composed COVER LETTER introducing yourself and informing us about the position or positions that you wish to be considered for. In your cover letter, please describe, in detail, about your qualifications and experience and how they translate to the position that you are seeking. We also REQUIRE a detailed list of every entertainment or professional field-relevant company that you have worked with in your career, along with written permission to check references. Other items REQUIRED to be considered for an audition or interview are a RESUME and an 8 X 10 black and white glossy actor / talent HEAD SHOT for entertainment or performing positions (actors, dancers, DJ's, MC's, singers, comedians, etc). If you are a professional entertainer or performer and do not have a head shot, we suggest that you seek out a professional photography company and invest in your head shots, as amateur snapshots will not do (we need professional, printed head shots for our files). A Tampa headshot photography company that you may want to check out would be Aurora PhotoArts Tampa Photography and Design (although Aurora PhotoArts is directly affiliated with us, you are not required to go through them for your head shots in order to be considered for working with us, and booking any service with them may not increase your chances of booking work through us). If you need help with composing a cover letter, putting together a professional resume, or are in need of any career tools, please check out Independent Modeling (models), Independent Acting (actors), and Tampa Bay Acting (dancers, singers, and other talent). These sites offer free tools and information, and we fully support them as a tool for professional talent. We also post our job posts on their audition and job boards. Models looking for more modeling career information and career dangers to avoid will also want to check out Tampa Bay Modeling.
We consider both independent professional talent and talent who are represented by legitimate model and talent agencies. We do not work with managers unless the manager is licensed through a legitimate model and talent agency. We will not consider talent referred to us through talent consultants (unless they are a licensed, legitimate model and talent agency) or schools (unless they are an accredited College or University such as the University of South Florida), as we will not have our name dropped or our jobs used as part of a sales pitch for those who try to scam models and talent.

We are not licensed as a Florida talent agency, do not represent ourselves as a Florida talent agency, do not operate as a Florida talent agency, and do not have a TA# as a result. We are licensed as a DJ party service and as an Event Planning company. We do not represent or book models, actors, or talent into any auditions, roles, modeling jobs, or stage productions. Our professional talent staff is retained on a subcontracted basis and are not employees of Eventi Events Tampa Bay Events or any of our affiliates and sister companies. Although we have jobs for talent, we do not earn commission on those jobs and obtain the services of both independent professional talent and talent referred from licensed modeling and talent agencies. Inquiries by talent seeking representation will be ignored, as we are not a modeling and talent agency.
All music used in Eventi Events DJ Parties and Events are played for dancing and entertainment purposes only under an ASCAP license. We do not illegally download, pirate, or share music, and all music content and digital files in our music library are backed up by legal, originally purchased CD's and records in our library. None of our music is licensed to be used as a creative component in any original event or stage production, and as licensing requirements for the use of music in a stage property is different, this is why Eventi Stage was created. Eventi Stage will be operated differently than Eventi Events, and our binary twin company is currently in the process of becoming a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization for their stage and event productions. Eventi Events is considering the same course of action in regards to becoming a 501 (c)(3) non-profit, although both companies will be operated differently from one another.
Models and talent do not need to be represented by any modeling and talent agency in order to have a professional entertainment career, although smart talent will utilize modeling and talent agencies as a source of jobs, and nothing more. We do not recommend that talent allow any talent agency to manage their careers, as the talent agency also works for their competition. We are neutral and do not work with, or recommend, any Tampa modeling and talent agency. All Eventi Events jobs are non-union, and adhere to Florida's right to work laws.
